Messy Hair

I love the feeling of the fresh air on my face and the wind blowing through my hair, but not on days when I’m trying to take pictures. No matter the location, my hair was constantly being windblown today. This look was okay when I had long hair, and no bangs, but this windblown look just doesn’t work with my hair style right now. Back in the day I was able to tie my long hair back in a twist, a messy twist that is and add mega volume to my bangs, but now it just looks sloppy. I think if I was to have way short hair, almost a pixie cut, with lots of layers, it would look fabulous. It would give extra dimension and movement to the hair. Maybe I need to go shorter?
