With summer finally here we all could use a little help in making our makeup last longer; thanks to Benefit Stay Flawless 15-Hour Primer, which will be available this July, you will get 15 hours of flawless foundation wearing. I always wear a primer both on my face and eyes, but have yet to see a stick form like this new Benefit Stay Flawless 15-Hour Primer; Benefit always has the newest and the most unique designs in cosmetics.
The Benefit Stay Flawless 15 Hour Primerprobably has the cutest packaging I’ve seen in years, with its oh so girly, pink, white and black colour scheme and polk-a-dot designs. It comes in a plastic chubby swivel up stick that you can apply directly to your face from the tube. Simply twist up the primer to reveal the product and just apply it to your face before you apply your foundation and blend out using your fingers. It’s a light beige colour that applies transparent so it is suitable for all skin tones.
The texture is wonderful, weightless, with no messy liquids or silicone primer to clog pores or dry out your skin. It applies easily, blends beautifully and is easy to use. The primer acts as a magnet to help keep your foundation in place and last longer (up to 15 hours) than if you didn’t use a primer. The formula is very moisturizing, gives your skin a little boost of hydration but after you blend it out, it does turn matte. It gives the appearance of smoother, silkier skin and helps to blur minor pores.
Overall my makeup did apply a lot easier and lasted throughout the day; without a primer my foundation would last about 4 hours, but with Benefit Stay Flawless 15 Hour Primer I could go right into the evening without any touch-ups. It gave a fresh, flawless, look to my skin with an extra bump of hydration my skin needed. I like the stick style applicator of this product as it allows it to be mess and fuss free and since it’s compact, easy to travel with. Like I said earlier, Benefit Stay Flawless 15 Hour Primer will be available next month and retail for $38, which is comparable to any other primer I’ve bought in the past (but this one is so much better).
