It may be dark and gloomy out right now, but you can add pretty pastel pops of colour in pink, peach, blues and soft greys with Dior Trianon Spring 2014 Collection. The collection is inspired by spectacular décor where bunches of hanging flowers seem to flow down metallic scaffolding and the entire colour line is surrounded by pastel shades in matte and satin finishes. Raf Simons reveals his vision of the new Dior flower-woman in this collection. “This collection can be defined by its desire to divert Dior, disrupting and pushing it to a place where lyrical romanticism can be dangerous; there where the most beautiful rose garden seems poisonous” says Raf Simons.
Dior 5 Couleurs Trianon Edition features 5 eyeshadows with bows and beaded ribbon patterns on 4 of them and the middle shade is embossed with the Dior signature. Although the shades aren’t highly pigmented, they are extremely buildable to provide the perfect springtime pastel look. When used with a primer, they last 8-10 hours without fading or creasing.
