As much as I enjoyed the smooth and wet formula of the new Make Up For Ever Smoky Stretch Mascara, my favourite part would have to be the bristles. They’re so tiny, short and stiff, they effortlessly grab onto each lash making it impossible to get clumpy or goopy. My lashes instantly looked darker and more defined in a single swipe. It’s probably the only mascara that I don’t find the need to apply a second coat. It also does a wonderful job at holding a curl, without it falling flat mid-day. It adds the length and volume I look for in a good mascara with a jet-black finish. It retails for $28.
