Shine that lasts until removed!
Can you imagine perfectly shiny, truly opaque nail colour that lasts all week without chipping, fading or the use of a LED-light? Now can you imagine all this without the high price tag of going to the salon? The new OPI Infinite Shine Gel Effects Lacquer System provides lasting shine, brilliant colour, crème finish and long lasting staying power, right from the comfort of your own home. This three step system comes in 30 new fashion forward shades, along with a primer base and glossy top coat to help you achieve a gel-like finish and hold until you’re ready to take it off. Just like a traditional nail lacquer its applied and removed the same, but it’s the shiny finish and long-wearing staying power that makes it incredibly different.
To get started on your OPI Infinite Shine Gel Effects Lacquer System, simply apply the OPI Infinite Shine Primer (Step 1) to help prevent staining the nailbed and help to increase the lacquer durability. Next, apply one of the 30 gorgeous OPI Infinite Shine Lacquer (Step 2) in thin coats. Of course, it comes with OPI’s exclusive ProWide brush, like all traditional OPI polishes, that help for the ultimate application in a few easy strokes. Although each shade is richly-pigmented, you’ll probably need two coats for an even, opaque coverage. Finally, top off with OPI Infinite Shine Gloss (Step 3) to help cure to the nailbed with natural light, thanks to its unique and innovated gel polymer formula.
Totally in love with this system. The fact that it doesn’t require a LED light to help cure the polish to the nailbed and the fact that you can use regular nail polish remover instead of having to soak my manicure in pure acetone, is just two of the reasons why I love this OPI Infinite Shine Gel Effects Lacquer System. These polishes truly last the entire week, I haven’t had the chance to wear them for a full 10 days (as I often get tired of the colour by then), I didn’t see any chipping or fading for a solid 7 days. I wanted to see if it was really necessary for the primer, and you do totally need it. You’ll find the application process a bit streaky without it and it doesn’t last nearly as long. The primer has to be the quickest drying basecoat I’ve ever tried. By the time my second hand is painted, I’m ready to apply the coloured polish to my first hand. It really is fast-drying and gives a slightly satin, shiny finish to the nails. The actual colour polish is about average drying time, as with the glossy top coat. OPI Infinite Shine Gel Effects Lacquer Systems are available at Professional Salons and spas across Canada for $14.95 and come in a full range of fashion-forward shades ranging from neutrals to bright reds, oranges and pinks to dark gray, blue and black hues.
