I know perfumes and scents are tough to buy sometimes, you try it out in the store, you think you love it, you end up buying the bottle only to find out by day 2 you hate it. Shopping online for a fragrance is even harder, it’s nearly impossible to choose a scent based on a written description, well Pacifica has solved that problem. Their top 17 scents are available in .1 oz solid perfume samples for just $2 each, making fragrance shopping practically foolproof. You might be thinking how much product is that really and trust me it’s enough to last you a good few weeks. Its tiny size tin also makes it great for throwing in your purse or for traveling.
From fruity to natural, woodsy or herbal, Pacifica has that perfect little scent for everyone and I was lucky enough to have the honors to review 2 of their solid perfumes, one in Island Vanilla and the other in Lotus Garden. Pacifica’s solid perfumes are made with organic soy and coconut wax with Pacifica’s signature perfume blends of essential and natural oils.
Island Vanilla is a bit sweet and sultry at the same time. It’s better than your average vanilla thanks to inspiration from the islands and a touch of Tahitian spice. It also includes honey-jasmine floral notes and a touch of fruitiness that’s set against a satisfyingly deep and beautiful base of tea notes. This was something totally different than anything I’ve ever smelt before, purely heaven on Earth.
I’m not a huge fan of floral scent perfume so my expectations on their Lotus Garden wasn’t very high, that is until I first opened the tin and took my first whiff… its incredible! Very fresh smelling with just the right about of fruits mixed with an underlay of floral. It has just the right amount of citrus and lotus that blend beautifully together, who would have thought? It has somewhat of a sexy playfulness about it that will make you come back for more.
When you do finally find your perfect scent you can purchase their Spray bottle perfume (1oz for $22), Solid perfume (.33oz for $9) or their Roll-on perfume (.33oz for $12).
Tell me, what is your perfect scent?
