I’ve always said I should have been born in the 1950’s. From sock hops and drive-ins, to vintage hot rods and soda fountains, to poodle skirts to Letterman jackets, everything about this era screams me. Not to mention, everything was pink. From the homes, to the bathroom and kitchen, every where you looked, something was pink.

From millennials, who have heard their baby boomer parents reminiscing about their youth for years, have quickly jumped on the retro trend bandwagon. Anything vintage has all of a sudden become incredibly trendy, with no signs of it slowing down.

People have started to renovate retro campers, and I’m totally here for it. The “glamping” movement has been going strong for a few years now, as so many people are looking for an escape from their busy lives. For those, like myself, who aren’t a fan of sleeping on ground, a camper is an excellent alternative.

Whether you’re looking for a unique date-night experience, or an excuse to unplug for the weekend, a vintage trailer might be a fun way to spend an evening. Shawn, owner of CosyCan Vintage Trailer Rentals, owns several different trailers, some of which are at various stages of restoration, then can be rented out. From family-friendly atmosphere, to travelers looking for an up-close, overnight experience staying in one, Shawn has converted these vintage campers into a work of art.

CosyCan Vintage Trailer Rentals also offers a unique premium photobooth service, setup in a 1963 Canned Ham Camper, that can be rented out for special events and weddings. You’d think you traveled back to The Jetsons era with this adorable teal camper. It comes with all the props you need to host hours of fun, along with a DSLR camera to capture all those silly and goofy moments.
