Be Bold. Be Unexpected. Be You.
This season, Make Up For Ever is launching its first campaign, alongside fashion mode Andreja Pejić and popular fashion blogger Jamie Chung, to help promote individuality and self-expression. It encourages everyone, everywhere to “Be Bold. Be Unexpected. Be You.” Tap into your inner artist and express who you are, or whom you want to be with two new limited edition palettes. These 2 palettes were curated by both Andreja and Jamie and feature 4 shades they each love and use to achieve their own signature look. Each shade is wearable, versatile and comes with the same great formula and texture that we’ve all come to love about the Artist Shadows.
Make Up For Ever Andreja Pejić Artist Palette comes in a square metal tin with a graphic design and Andreja signature on the front. It consists of 4 full-size shadow shades that each comes with a magnetic backing that can be interchanged with other shades in your collection. It has an incredibly butter soft formula that’s packed with ultra-fine pigment particles for extremely bold and truly opaque colour payoff. It blends beautifully, is buildable and stays put the entire day. It consists of both iridescent and diamond shades, although a few I found quite metallic, in both warm and cool tones. It retails for $56.
Make Up For Ever Andreja Pejić Artist Palette features I526 (Pearl Beige) a pale ivory with a pale pink iridescent sheen, I544 (Pink Granite) a mauve/ plumy taupe with a slightly metallic, shimmery finish, I662 (Amber Brown) a golden brown with a metallic shimmery finish and D652 (Celestial Earth) a reddish brown with tiny micro-flecks of gold glitter.
Make Up For Ever Be Bold. Be Unexpected. Be You. Campaign is also hosting a digital contest where consumers are challenged to create and share three of their most bold, unexpected and transformative makeup looks, inspired by the campaign’s visuals. Weekly winners will be selected based on the level of transformation shown and their artist quality of looks. Each will win a personalized palette featuring images of their winning looks in addition to $500 in MUFE products.
